Terms And Conditions

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Angkor 7th Travel, the destination management company “supplier” applies very simple terms and conditions to you “clients” in the order to save your time to understand and accept the terms & conditions, just make sure you read it with your attention before purchasing any of our tour products. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions without prior warning and we advise you to check our website regularly or request the latest version prior to make any bookings.
 
1. TOUR COST
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees, and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.
 
2. BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is payable upon confirmation of reservations (except flight tickets). The final payment should be made in advance 21 days (45 days for larger group) prior to your arrival. For booking made between 21-31 days, the full payment is applied and invoiced you immediately. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and based on transport fuel rate of 4000 – 4100 Riel per litre.
Note: Domestic flight ticket is required full payment at the time we issue the ticket (e-Ticket).
 
We reserve the right to cancel all bookings in the event of the final payment not reaching our account by the due date.
 
Alternative Deposit & Payment
By understanding of high expense for the banking fees when you transfer the fund from one country to others, we provide an alternative which should be an ideal and works well for you. For this option, you will be only required the first deposit of 55% (except flight ticket) of the total amount to secure all the reservation we will make for your trip. The rest of the balance will be settled in US dollar cash on your arrival day.
 
Note: for Days tour booking is not required to pay in advance. You will be paying for the tour in US dollar cash on the touring day (before tour begins) when our guide welcomes and meets you at your hotel's lobby. However, you will be informed if it's necessarily required a deposit and cancellation should be made 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
 
3. PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is acceptable by credit cards or by bank transfer with subject to processing fees and charges.
 
4. EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension of stay is permitted at the last stop, but subject to the confirmation. Arrangement must be requested as early as possible prior to departure.
 
5. CANCELLATION
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in written by email.

Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
Tour Packages and Transportation Reservations
• 21 – 31days before tour start date: 30%
• 21 – 10 days before tour start date: 50%
• Less than 10 days before tour date: 100%
 
Hotels and Flight Reservations
Charges based on each of supplier booking conditions or fare rules applicable.
 
6. REFUND
The refunds will not be made for any unused or cancelled services for any reason after the tour has begun. A refund will be reasonably made to you “clients” for all services that are not delivered if it is a result of disaster, political issue, civil war, any acts or orders of government authorities and unsafe situation. All cancellation fee above is not inclusive of credit card surcharge fee on transaction (if any) and refunds will be considered discretely by Angkor 7th Travel.
 
Domestic flight ticket (if any included)
To make the most possible journey for your holiday trip to Cambodia, we always quoted promotion airfare of domestic flight ticket with economic class & 20-23kg of check-in luggage in the tour package you enquiry. The promotion airfare has a very strict policy; once it is issued, the ticket is active with fix travel date, non-refundable, unable to change date and unable to hold seats. However, you still have a flexible option, it is a regular airfare which has policy reversing to promotion airfare but the price is higher than 40% compare to promotion rate. Please make sure you understand domestic airfare in the tour package at the time you make the booking.
 
7. CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 4 years will be free of charge (excluding flight tickets, train tickets, meal and breakfasts or extra bed in the required hotels) Children from 4 to 7 years old sharing a room will be charged 60% of the adult tour price. Children are from 8 years old – considered and charged as adult price.
 
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passenger must hold and safekeeping of his/her own travel documents including valuables. Passport/Travel Document to be valid for at least six months from date of travel and visas where necessary. On arrival visa is available at international airports in Phnom Penh & Siem Reap, and at a few borders crossing. If in doubt, please consult us.
 
9. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your traveling. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
 
10. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
You should ensure that you are fully up to date with vaccinations required for Cambodia. If your itinerary means you may be involved in strenuous activities such as cycling or trekking you should check with your medical practitioner if you are in any doubts about your fitness to do so. If you are allergic or have any other disabilities or health problem relevant to your holiday, you should inform us well in advance.
 
11. LIABILITY
We don’t assume any liability for any injury, damage, death, accident or delay due to any acts by any carrier, hotels, restaurants, companies or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. We accept NO responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather or any other causes beyond our control, any omissions, additional expenses or other events resulting from improper health certificates or necessary documents to enter or depart a country or acts of any government authority. Alternatives of similar categories or services will be replaced accordingly when we’re unable to provide products or services as proposed such as hotels, restaurants, vehicles… due to being fully booked up at the time you confirmed to go on the tour with us.
