Q1: How do I book and pay?

At each tour page, we define BOOK, CUSTOMISE, and CONTACT buttons and you can follow each of them according to your requirement.  For example, you would select BOOK if you would like to book the display tour itinerary or take CUSTOMISE if you would like to modify the existing itinerary.

Tour prices are in US$ and price level is apply for the number of person at each booking according to our prices list.

Upon tour confirmation, we require a 30% non refundable deposit of the total amount.  The remaining balance of 70% can be settled when you have arrived Cambodia on the first day, the payment is in USD, and we prefer by cash. Payment is acceptable by Visa Card/Master card or bank transfers or cash. Please refer our terms and conditions for more detail for payment.

Note: In case of full payment is require at any specific service, we will advice you at the time of your confirmation.

  
Q2: How will I receive my travel documents?

The details of service vouchers with booking reference will be sending to you after booking is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received.

  
Q3: What happens if something goes wrong? Do you have an out of office phone number?

We try our very best to ensure the smooth running of your trip but some things are taken out of our hands. Our hotline contact numbers will be listed in our service voucher so that in the unlikely event of a problem occur you can always contact one of our staff. Our local tour guides are first aid trained and if there is a medical problem we will help to get you the assistance you need (providing you have adequate medical insurance). We ensure that we have your emergency contact information for someone at home so they can be contacted if necessary.

  
Q4: How do I participate in your tour from my country?

Our tour can be started once you arrive at the Phnom Penh International Airport, Siem Reap International Airports or at any International border check point with Cambodia. In other words, you can depart from any country and start your tour upon arrival.

  
Q5: Can you arrange the tour with the airlines ticket from my home town?

We can do so, but not recommended. The reason is that the best airfares from your home town, is your local travel agents can offered better than we do. For example, if your flight starts from USA to Phnom Penh, you should purchase the air tickets from the country which is your starting point in order to obtain the best special fares. No agents in Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. can offer you a better deal, including us. It is an attempt of International Airline regulation to prevent cross border air-ticketing manipulation in one single region or company so as the world-wide local vendors can survive.

For your information, There are airlines that have flight link to Cambodia such as Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, China Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Eva Airways, American Airlines, British Airways, & Quantas Australian Airways.

  
Q6: What if I have special requirements for my tour?

If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group, young children, honeymoon trip, handicapped, physical limitations, special transportation needs, or special meals such as vegetarian or food allergies – please let us know, and we can work with you to ensure that we can meet your needs.

  
Q7: How many person you required for the tour to start and what if I arrive earlier than my start date?

The tour can start from 1 person up and tour is start daily. If your arrival or departure is fall on 1 day before tour start or 1 day after tour ended, pre or post accommodation will be extra charge to the above package price. The airport transfers will be provided at no additional charge.

  
Q8: Why the deposit for tour packages is required and Non-refundable?

Your deposit is need, so that we know you are serious in taking the tour and show up. Before the tour operation, we have to secure your space with other related service provider such as hotels, etc., This will ensure that your tour will run smoothly. The remaining balance can be settled on arrival later as discussed in Q8.

  
Q9: Will I get refunded in case of cancellation?

It is a very important question because of it involves your money. We have been trying to state all the terms here, so that you can be sure of no surprise later. If you need more information please consult us

Before the tour starts

  • In case you have to cancel your tour, the 30% deposited will be forfeited. If the full amount has been paid, we will refund to you 70% of the total amount, provided you notify us before tour date.
  • In case we have to cancel your tour or unable to operate it after receiving your payment, but before the tour starts, you will receive full refund. This is a very rare instance, resulted from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural catastrophe, political unrest, or sudden cancellation of airline without notice.

In our travel industry, generally a cancellation fee of 50 or up to 100% cancellation fee is applied if cancellation was made less than a specified number of days. This is another good term we give to you.

After the tour starts

In case you need to cancel the tour on your own due to illness, emergency need, or dissatisfaction*, the refund will be the amount less the number of days utilized plus 20% cancellation fees. (Just an example of calculation - you had paid USD 1,000 for 7 days tour, already utilize 2 days; cancellation fee is USD 1000/7 x 2 days + USD 200 = USD 486. REFUND is USD 514) In case we have to stop the tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural catastrophe, political unrest, or accidents, refund less the number of days utilized only. (e.g. As the above example - USD 1000/7 x 2 days = USD 286. REFUND is USD 714).

Note: The above calculation does not cover airfares, as it relate to different airlines policies.

•Dissatisfaction: We put this up fore-front does not imply that we provide low quality of service, but for the rare cases that our clients' expectation is higher than what we can really provide. This is because each individual is different with varied interests, characters, and like & dislike. If you were not satisfied during your tour, please ask for the abrupt termination of the tour, and the cancellation fees will be calculated based on the number of days being utilized as with the above calculation. We will not charge the additional 30% cancellation fees. Please do not utilize all the tour and claim dissatisfy later, as there will be no money left for refund. We reserve the right to charge this additional 30% cancellation fee in case you terminate the tour because of illness or emergency need to leave, but claim "dissatisfaction".

Q1: How do I reserve a hotel?

When viewing the information for your selected hotel, you will note the rate schedule in the same page that display. Once you have chosen a room type, entering the guest details and click ‘Reserve’. This will take you to the name/contact details form. Please complete this form and submit it by clicking on ‘Confirm now’. Once you have enter the “Confirm now” button you will receive an email indicating that your booking has been received and is currently being processed.

  
Q2: How do I view information on the hotel I that book?
To learn more about the hotel you will stay and see a host of colored photographs of important features, simply sent us an e-mail or make a request in the special request field when you enter the booking. We will be sending you as much information as we can.

  
Q3: Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservation?
You will NOT be required to give your card details to make a hotel reservation until you have received our confirmation on the hotel cost and private transfer (s) (if any) and you have chosen to go ahead with the reservation.

At that stage, we will then require your credit card details to secure the rate and the confirmation of your reservation. However, your credit card will only be charged once the reservation is confirmed by us (i.e. we will NOT charge your card if we CANNOT secure the reservation for you).

  
Q4: What happens once my reservation is placed with Angkor7thtravel.com?

Our Customer Service Agents will immediately proceed with your request and send you a booking summary detailing the reservation. Normally, within 24 hours, you will be notified via email with confirmation.

  
Q5: Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

The rates published by angkor7thtravel.com are only available through our service. If you reserve directly with the hotel, you can expect to be quoted significantly higher rates.

  
Q6: When will my booking be confirmed?

For many of the hotels we sell, we are able to provide instant confirmation. In other cases, your booking will normally be confirmed within 24 hours. You will be notified via e-mail with confirmation or any changes in your booking status.

  
Q7: Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

All of our published rates are per room, for either 1 or 2 persons. Single bed is for 1 person, twin/double bed is for two persons. Triple room is on advance request.

  
Q8: Why there is a difference in hotel published rate and your special rate?

The hotel published rates (or called Walk-in Rate, Tariff Rate) are given to the guests who book the hotel room directly. This means that you deal directly with the hotel and it is call "guest account" or "hotel account". Generally, the hotel will collect the payment after you had used the service. However, it is the international practice that travel agents like ourselves will get a rate much cheaper called Agency Rate. Upon reservation, the hotel considers it as "agency account". Although we enjoy lower rate and extend it to our clients, we are fully responsible to collect the payment from the clients and pre-pay to the hotel.

  
Q9: What does it cost to use your service?

Angkor7thtravel.com does not charge you additional servicing fees. The published discounted rate, listed for each hotel, includes all applicable hotel service charges and local taxes. This is the only amount that you pay.

  
Q10: When do I need to pay for my reservation?

Upon booking is confirmed, you will be notified in the e-mail the hotel rate and the payment policy according to different hotel policy. For most of confirmed hotel booking, we required 30% deposit of total charge and the 70% will be collected upon arrival.
In case of full or partial payment is required upon confirmation, we will notify you in advance.

  
Q11: How do I check in at hotel?

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher, which can be sent to you by fax or by e-mail. Present this voucher to the hotel.

  
Q12: What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge a cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once your room has been confirmed, and you have paid the 30% the amount will be forfeit. For those hotels that policies require full payment at specific day before you arrived, The cancellation is as detailed below.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedence over the policy stated here. If the requested hotel’s policies are different, you will be informed in your confirmation email. Please review all cancellation policies that apply, as well as fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation.

If you cancel:

+21 Days before requested arrival date There is NO CANCELLATION FEE
21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date There is a 5% administration charge (minimum $10).
13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date There is a 20% administration charge.
6 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a one night per room cancellation fee and a 5% refund administration fee for any refunded room nights.

Q1- What does www.angkor7thtravel.com offer for flight ticket?

A- We offer international and domestic discount airfares destination within Cambodia and the journey start from any Cambodia cities to selective destination.

  
Q2- I can't find my destination city that I am going to go in your destination box?

A- If your destination cities are not shown in our system, please select the <other> as your destination city. After you enter <Go> button, please enter your destination city name in the box and we will contact you for the possible flight availability.

  
Q3- Why I can not search the airfares for some flights from your web site?

A- We do not use data base fares to price online, such as airlines booking engine, in stead we quote you the airfare at the cheapest possible after you select your flight/date and your booking will be sent to us through your e-mail. We will reply with your booking status and prices. However, prices that we have shown in our pricing and its conditions is guaranteed

  
Q4- Do you guarantee your fares cheaper than data base airlines airfares?

A- Yes, we guarantee 100%, our discount air fares are much cheaper than database web or airlines fares.

  
Q5- After reservation, will your airfare price guarantee?

A- In order to guarantee the price quoted, ticket must be issued by the ticketing dead line date, which we will notify by e-mail or fax. After ticketing dead line, we do not guarantee seats and price for your reservation. Remember, fares are not guarantee until ticket has been issued.

  
Q6- Can I refund my tickets?

A- Once the tickets has been issued, we can not refund 100% of your ticket price, that means for refund, penalty may apply with agency fee plus by airlines fee. Generally, about 60% of the ticket price will be refunded to you. Remember some promotion or discount air tickets are non refundable, non exchangeable or change date will apply penalty fee.

  
Q7- How about used tickets?

A- 100% non refundable for used tickets.

  
Q8- Can I change my schedule date?

A- Before the tickets are issued, you can change it without penalty fee. However after the tickets are issued, change fee will require by air lines, which will be arranged according to airline policies. Please call us direct or e-mail us for further information about your changes. Some change has no additional by airlines policies.

  
Q9- How will my tickets be delivered?

A- For paper tickets, we provide free delivery service for passenger location within Phnom Penh city. For location out side Phnom Penh city, departure airports, or provinces will have to pay for the delivery fee between US$1 to US$5. Most airlines offer electronic ticket which is we can deliver to you by e-mail (provided full payment is made).
