Angkor 7th Travel, Term & Condition

1. BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

A deposit of 30% is payable upon confirmation of reservations and pay the balance at the point of arrival.

2. CANCELLATION

As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

Tours & Tour Packages Reservations
7-1 days 50 % of the tour price
14-8 days 30 % of the tour price
20-15 days up 10 % of the tour price
21 days up no charge

Hotels & tickets booking
Charges of hotels or ticket booking will be based on the operator policies that may be changes.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Passenger must hold a Passport/Travel Document to be valid for at least six months from date of travel and visas where necessary. If in doubt, please consult us.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your traveling. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

5. TOUR COST

Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees , and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.

7. EXTENSION OF STAY

Extension of stay is permitted at the last stop, but subject to the confirmation. Arrangement must be requested as early as possible prior to departure.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

A. The Organizer and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, airlines, hotel contractors and other principals, tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contract under which these services are provided.

B. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to passenger and his/her belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond its control, including breakdown in equipment, strikes, war, theft, cancellation, changes in itinerary or schedule etc. (The traveler is encourage to hold his own Travel Insurance).

C. Passenger is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own travel documents and valuables.

D. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any deportation or refusal for entry by the respective Immigration Authority to any tour member because of improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or whose behaviour and activities are considered subversive by the government or for any other reason whatsoever. Cost of deportation will be borne by the passenger.

E. The Organizer reserves the right to alter itinerary, sequence of travel arrangements and hotel accommodation due to weather, rescheduling of airline schedules, room availability, road and other local conditions.

F. After commencement of travel, no refund, in part or in full, will be given for services included in the program, which have not been utilized.

G. Any alteration on the confirmed itinerary such as rerouting or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.

H. The organizers reserve the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that this person's act or conduct is offensive and incompatible with the comfort of the other tour members of the group and the Organizers shall not be held liable thereafter to such person.
