Day 1: Arrival in Vientiane

Upon arrival in Vientiane, you will be warmly welcomed by your private guide and driver, who will transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore the city at your leisure.

  Day 2: Vientiane – Luang Prabang

Enjoy free time in Vientiane before transferring to the airport for your short flight to Luang Prabang, a charming town renowned for its blend of traditional Lao and colonial architecture.
Upon arrival, begin your exploration with visits to:

• Wat Visoun (Wat Wisunalat) – the city’s oldest temple, dating back to 1513
• Wat Aham – a peaceful temple with deep spiritual significance
• Wat Xieng Thong – Luang Prabang’s most iconic monastery, known for its intricate mosaics and elegant design

Stroll along the main street, often referred to as “Wat Street,” where you may visit additional temples such as Wat Sibounheuang, Wat Si Moungkhoun, Wat Sop, and Wat Sene.
In the late afternoon, climb Mount Phousi for a breathtaking sunset view over the city and surrounding rivers.

  Day 3: Luang Prabang – Mekong River & Local Villages

Embark on a scenic boat trip along the Mekong River to the famous Pak Ou Caves, nestled within limestone cliffs at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Ou Rivers. These sacred caves house thousands of Buddha statues in various sizes and styles.
On the return journey, visit:

• Ban Xang Hai – known for producing traditional Lao rice wine (lao lao)
• Ban Xang Khong – a handicraft village specializing in handwoven textiles and mulberry paper
