After exploring the temple’s grand corridors and intricate carvings, continue to Angkor Thom, the ancient walled city, where you’ll visit its key highlights: the Bayon Temple, famous for its serene stone faces; the Baphuon; the Terrace of the Elephants; and the Terrace of the Leper King.

After a relaxing lunch break at a local restaurant, journey into the jungle to explore the atmospheric Ta Prohm Temple, where nature has taken hold of crumbling stone structures—one of Angkor’s most iconic sights. Then continue to the exquisite Banteay Srei Temple, known as the “Citadel of Women,” renowned for its intricate pink sandstone carvings and delicate detail.
